A survey of needs
Our methodology provides an analysis of a needs , which allows you to carefully evaluate the needs of the customer. The preliminary investigation is to confirm, both for you and for us, the presence of areas that can benefit from our advice. This phase will be considered complete only when you, given all our assistance, are convinced that all areas have been examined and all weaknesses identified. The problems identified and recommendations we propose will be discussed with you, and only then you can decide whether they will require our joint efforts.
Feasibility study and analysis
We will do a feasibility study, a technical report and a careful estimate of the time and costs that will be included in the project. The basic objective of the feasibility study is to provide all the information required for the decision for the actual start of a project, giving you the opportunity to make sound decisions that will cover the technical and organizational benefits, costs and deadlines.
Realization
It then moves to the implementation of the system, with testing and development:
- Re-engineering of existing application systems;
- Installation and deployment of application systems;
- Office automation;
- Expectations outside the operating systems.
Management
It finally results in the realization of an installed systems management with various types of intervention:
- Periodic checks for the optimization of applications;
- Updating of application systems related to security or bug fixes;
- Customization of solutions to meet the market changes;
- Refresher courses.
